Since 2009, MetLife has white-labelled their insurance dashboard to 3rd-party vendors, allowing end customers to purchase and manage cover. With the evolution of mobile and customer expectations, Reactive was approached to conduct a major design overhaul.
Leading the design, my remit had me working with business stakeholders to: reduce drop-off rates and completion time; improve mobile accessibility; and bring it all to life through a new (and robust) visual design system.
Luke Wroblewski’s book, ‘Web Form Design: Filling in the Blanks’ proved to be an invaluable resource, helping me consider the most effective techniques for collecting data from users.
